Weekend Camps

Our weekend camps are a great way to relax, have fun and learn about photography all at the same time. Pleasant company and fantastic locations round out the weekend.

These camps can be held anywhere from a Forest to the Beach. They generally incorporate one ‘Learning Activity’ as well as plenty of time to socialise and take heaps of Photos.

Don’t worry if you can’t make a full weekend, just drop in for the day.

Places we have camped at include O’Reilly’s Rainforest, Lennox Head, Glendon, MT Barney’s Lodge.

Day Trips

Besides our Weekend Camps we hold various Day Trips throughout the year. These trips can be held with only a few members or with a full complement! Pack a lunch, meet up for car pooling and away you go. A fun day is always had by all.

Examples of Day Trips include: Australia Zoo, Currumbin Bird Sanctuary, Tamrookum Church, Stradbroke Island, Botanical Gardens, Power Boat Racing, Byron Bay, Steam Train Trip, the list is endless...

Library

Our club has an extensive library, which is brought to each meeting so members can borrow books. The books can be borrowed for the month and are returned at the next meeting.
